We want you to love your fit. Since every piece is printed specifically for you when you order, we don’t support random returns, but we 100% got you covered if there's an issue with sizing or quality!
Size Exchanges
Ordered the wrong fit? No worries. You can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the original tags intact.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Wrong Items
We take quality control seriously, but if our team misses something or the courier roughs it up, we will fix it instantly.
If you receive a damaged or misprinted product, please drop us an email at support@clenzcosmo.com within 48 hours with clear photos/videos of the issue. We will ship you a brand new replacement absolutely free!
