All custom artworks, graphics, website assets, and branding elements are the exclusive property of our brand. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution of our designs is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under Indian copyright laws.
3. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any skin allergies resulting from fabric sensitivities (though we use premium, certified skin-safe inks) or damage caused by improper product care (e.g., bleaching or high-heat ironing directly on the digital print).
4. Governing Law
These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts where our parent operations are registered.
